Certified art therapist near Laurier metro, offering in-person and online options. Individual sessions for adults, teenagers and children.

I believe creativity naturally springs forward from playfulness and openness. There is healing available in allowing curiosity to lead, and being human together.

My practice is grounded in psychodynamic, humanistic, and systemic approaches, shaped by my Masters in Art Therapy from Concordia University. I work from a quiet office space just minutes from Laurier metro in Montreal’s Plateau neighbourhood. What matters most to me is working relationally, through genuine connection and presence.

I see my work as an opportunity to counteract the forces of alienation and the pathologization of distress so pervasive in our current cultural landscape. Informed by response-based counselling, we reframe struggle not as pathology or personal failure, but as a normal human response to adversity. Together, we uncover the resilience, protection, and wisdom already present in how you’ve navigated the world. And we do the imaginative work of finding how to move forward from stuck patterns into new awareness.

This is where we meet

Sessions take place either online or in my office space at La Quincaillerie Santé du Plateau, near Laurier Metro. A wide range of traditional art materials and surfaces will be available. Confidential, locked storage is provided to store anything that is created in session.

My approach is grounded in strengths-based talk therapy. Art materials can be integrated to explore symbolic content, or to explore on a sensory level that focuses on sensation and embodiment rather than image-making. No artistic skill level is required, the focus is process rather than outcome.

Sessions are trauma-informed and always oriented around each individual’s level of comfortability. Art-making is never mandatory or expected, we focus on what feels most supportive in the moment.

Finding a therapist who is the right fit for you is important. I offer a 15 minute free discovery call to introduce myself and answer any questions you might have. Send me an email and I can walk you through the next steps.

For sessions for children and adolescents, I offer individual calls for both parents and the young clients who will be attending therapy.

I am currently accepting new clients.
